I am having the dumbest problem but I have no idea how to fix it. I cannot log into my Xbox one because once I enter my password I have no way to submit it. There is no button that I can press on the console controller or remote control to actually enter the password. Please help! I saw a video on YouTube where someone entered their password by pressing the button with the three lines on it. One my screen that buttons doubles as a backspace button. So when I press it it just delete my password.

That's the one in the middle on the right with 3 lines stacked on top of each other. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. It should say on the on screen keyboard in the bottom right corner that the Menu key is enter. In reply to LegoNinja's post on November 29, Yeah that is the key that acts like a backspace key. It just deleted my password when I hit it. In reply to Smwutches's post on November 29, When I hit A, it just chooses whatever key is highlighted on the keyboard. Like, the A key and stacked line key never end up acting like an enter key, they instead just keep performing typing functions.
In reply to DanaHall2's post on November 29, Someone possibly changed the button mapping on your controlller? Select your controller in the app and choose Configure.
Select Restore defaults. This will return your controller to its original factory configuration. This site in other languages x.

How is the passcode being given to you - and have you tried copying and pasting the passcode, rather than typing? Happens to me as well. Makes me want to consider other options like Jitsi when I have to host a meeting. If the problem only occurs when typing in a passcode, this could likely be letter-case being transposed, or numbers being confused with letters.
Try pasting the passcode into Notepad a TXT document and looking carefully at it there. THEN type it into Zoom carefully. The default font in Notepad should allow you to see any differing characters more clearly. In Notepad, as a test, you can also re-type the passcode below the pasted copy to ensure your keystrokes are coming out as expected - before typing into Zoom.
